The Pest Protection Package is available with a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly service schedule. Your technician can help you choose which plan is appropriate for your unique situation. The first service includes an in-depth inspection of your property to uncover the origin of any problems. Then we can see if there are any other pest or moisture control issues that need to be addressed.
Our expert technicians first choose the proper pesticides for the target pest(s). They apply them inside your home to kill any pests inside. They also apply them outside to kill and prevent pests before they get inside. These pesticides are designed to kill pests on contact. They also leave a residue that continues to kill them for up to 90 days. Each season has different conditions that bring different pests. Pest In Class has a variety of tools. They also have the expertise to keep all those creepy crawlies out of your home.
Pest In Class Exterminating also includes rodent control with all pest protection package. There is a one time charge for installation of child and dog resistant rodent stations outside your home. After that, we maintain the stations at no extra charge.
Bi-Monthly Pest Protection
Living close to nature can often mean that pests like ants, wasps, and spiders and always nearby. Streams and wooded areas can often draw these pests close to your home. They are tempted by easy access to food, heat, and shelter.
The Bi-monthly Pest Protection Package kills and prevents most household pests in our area. Our expert technicians apply cutting edge pesticides that have a long residual effect to the exterior of your home. The most common pests live outside your home. They enter through small openings, such as around windows and doors. These include utility entry points. We identify these entry points. We recommend steps to keep pests away from them. We treat them with advanced pesticide formulations. After the initial service, there is usually no need to treat inside the home. In some cases, a small amount of pesticide may need to be applied inside the home. However, with modern pesticides, there’s no need to treat the whole home.
The Initial service begins an inspection and consultation. Then Pest In Class professionals remove spider webs and wasp nests from the exterior of your home. We treat the garage and/or basement and then begin the exterior treatment. Each season brings different pests, and our technicians have tools for all of them. The Pest Protection Package covers most insects and rats and mice. There is a one time equipment charge for rodent bait stations, but we maintain them at no extra cost.
We will send a detailed record of your service to your email. Additionally, you will receive a registration email for our customer portal. There you can set scheduling preferences, set up autopay, manage your services, and download documents for your records.
Regular services will be automatic and occur approximately every 60 days. You do not need to be home at the time of service unless there is an interior issue. To keep costs low for everyone, we schedule service dates by location, but we are glad to schedule your service on a specific date. You will be notified via email and text message or call by our automated system two days before your service. When the service is complete, you will receive an emailed invoice and service record. If issues with included pests arise between services, just call us for a reservice. In most cases, it is retreated at no cost.
Payment for the initial appointment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit/debit, EFT, and VENMO. Payment for regular service is due within 30 days of service.
